Commercial Information such as records of purchase history of products or services, financial details, payment information, any background information provided by you or collected by us as part of our business analysis, client onboarding, regulatory compliance checks and other related processes, and other client information provided to or made available to us by or on behalf of you, as well as information generated by us in the course of providing our products or services to you.

  4. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information such as records of your use of our website, mobile applications, or other online services. This may include your online identifiers, IP address, details of your device, operating system and browser, browser history, search history, online behavior, interest data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements.

  5. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, such as your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. If you choose to register this way, we will collect the information as follows: 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA LOGINS.

 

We may offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

 

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. True, Complete and Accurate. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

 

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

 

 

  1. Geolocation Data such as your location as derived from your IP address, or information collected through your use of our mobile applications, including (i) the location of the mobile device or tablet derived from GPS or WiFi use and (ii) other information made available by a user or others that indicates the current or prior location of the user, such as geotag information in photographs. If you do not want us to collect such data from your device, please delete the App or disable the location setting on your device or tablet. Disabling the location setting may affect your ability to access and use our mobile applications. 

  2. Audio, electronic, visual, or other sensory information, such as records of building and suite access and parking card use, and footage from building security cameras that indicate your location.

  3. Sensitive Personal Information such as government-issued identification information, social security number, visa and passport information, account names and passwords, and (where necessary to fulfil our legal obligations or to provide you with a requested service). 

  4. Inferences drawn from other Personal Information. 

 

Example: Inferences drawn from any of the collected personal information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s taste, color, or purchasing preferences and characteristics.

Through Social Media: Certain Services may link to social media platforms and plug-ins, such as Facebook and Twitter (collectively, “Social Media”). When accessing the Services through a Social Media account, we may (depending on the applicable user privacy settings) automatically receive Personal Information from that Social Media platform. From Third Parties: We may collect Personal Information about you from third parties, which include but is not limited to, vendors, distributors, licensees, business partners, etc., where such information is required for us to fulfil our legal obligations or to provide you with a requested service.

 

Through Gathering Service Usage Data, including from our Website and Apps: When you use the Services, including Apps, we and our vendors may collect the Internet Usage Information that is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device. When you download and use an App, we and our vendors may track and collect App data, including when you accessed our servers and what information has been downloaded via the App. We also collect Usage Data through our use of Data Collection Technology. Where Usage Data includes Personal Information, or is combined with Personal Information, it will be treated as Personal Information itself.

Our App may display a third-party hosted “offer wall.” Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, rewards, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our App and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our App. A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward. Please note that we do not control third- party websites and have no responsibility in relation to the content of such websites. The inclusion of any link towards a third-party website does not imply an endorsement by us of such website. G.  Information Collected From Other Sources

 

In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, as well as from other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), we receive personal information about you such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

Marketing Emails: If you do not wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email or email us at Awespira@AveNew.org

 

Geolocation data linked to App use: If you do not want us to collect such data from your device, please delete the App or disable the location setting on your device or tablet. Disabling the location setting may affect your ability to access and use our mobile applications.

 

Cookies and web trackers: Although you are not required to accept cookies, web trackers or mobile device identifiers, if you block or reject them, you may not have access to all features available through the Services. If you change computers, devices, or browsers; use multiple computers, devices, or browsers; or delete your cookies, you may need to repeat this process for each computer, device, or browser.
