JUSTIN A. BOYD, CFA, ASA
Chief Revenue Officer
Justin A. Boyd, CFA, ASA: Justin is the Founder and CEO of Titus Alliance, LLC, a full service financial advisory and business analytics firm. He joins AveNew with over 15 years of advisory experience with major international and national CPA firms. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Financial and Valuation Modeling offered by Wall St. Prep, as well as pursuing the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuation (CEIV) designations. He has performed M&A and valuation consulting services in numerous industries, including the health care, FinTech, technology, business services, and telecommunications industries.
JENNIFER J. PATTERSON, MSOD
Chief Growth Officer
Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Agility Leadership Group, LLC, a growth advisory and coaching firm. She joins AveNew with over 20 years working in fast-growing companies helping them scale and accomplish exponential sales growth, successful turnarounds, initial IPO on Nasdaq and winning J.D. Power Awards. She started with T-Mobile when it was a start-up working through 7 acquisitions and a global merger. She led in a variety of capacities in sales, national training, employee engagement, customer experience, and strategy & insights before starting her own firm to help other companies successfully scale.

Chief Sustainability Officer
Monty Hudson is the Founder and Principal of Agog Digital, a consultancy providing market strategy for transformational business. An expert in educational technology (EdTech), advertising technology (AdTech), data utilization, and software as a service (SaaS), Monty brings to AveNew twenty years of experience accelerating revenue growth for digital service companies. Monty believes that empowering customers with the tools and knowledge to solve their business challenges is the key to sustainable partnerships and successful outcomes. By employing this philosophy in various roles leading sales operations and customer success, Monty has favorably positioned a number of tech companies for acquisition and IPO.

CHERRI SENDERS
Director of Ethical Consumerism
Cherri Senders is President of Senders Communications Group, and the founder of Labor 411, the nation’s #1 directory of union goods and services. She joins AveNew’s Advisory board with more than 25 years of experience in communications and campaigns in her role as publisher, communications directors and consultant to dozens of labor unions and non-profits. She has served on the Executive Board of ILCA and Advisory Board of the Miguel Contreras Foundation. A journalist for more than a dozen years, Cherri wrote about social issues for publications ranging from Omni and California Magazine to the LA Times and the LA Weekly. She brings a passion for giving working families a leg up in the economy to every campaign her company tackles.
Legal Counsel
AveNew has engaged law firm Callaghy as outside legal counsel for contract, compliance, and state or federal tax matters.
